With a foundation in engineering and climate science and years of personal healing experience, my journey has led me to blend mindful movement, breathwork, and embodied awareness into yoga that nourishes far beyond the mat.

Trained in somatic practices, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, I offer a space where ancient wisdom meets grounded, practical care. My aim is simple: to help you release tension, find your natural rhythm, and reconnect with the energy and ease that’s always been within you.

My Journey
I was born in India—a land of seers, sages, spiritual teachers, and healers. While many from the West travel there to “find themselves,” my younger self dreamed of going in the opposite direction. To me, the Western world represented fresh opportunities and freedom from the constraints of tradition.

For over 30 years, I worked as an engineer across continents. Outwardly, I was successful, yet inside I had lost my joy—caught in a cycle of stress, fear, and constant doing. It was only when I turned back to the wisdom of the East—through Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation—that I began to restore my balance, clarity, and peace.

That transformation inspired me to create Yoga My Love in Sydney, Australia—a warm, light-filled space where ancient practices meet modern life, and where each class is an invitation to reconnect with your true self.

Going Deeper - Beyond Yoga
Now, I guide people beyond what yoga, mindfulness, or meditation alone can offer. It is a way of integrating body, mind, and subconscious for profound, lasting healing and change. This Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery® process I learned through my own crisis point in life. Because of the transformational journey I experienced, I offer it now to my clients through BodyWise Mind. It is simple and deeper than the psychotherapy, brainspotting and clinical hypnosis I learned along the way.
