Topic: Chakra Energies, Movement, Dance - Introductory Course

Time: Sunday 27 November 2022, 2:30 am to 5:30 am

The law of conservation of energy, also known as the first law of thermodynamics, states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed - only converted from one form of energy to another.

So what are these chakra energies? How are sound vibrations associated with these energies? And, can balancing these energies through sound therapy or mantras or other alternate healing modalities help our well-being?

Let's explore this eastern philosophy through western science. This is an introductory-level course.

Do you already have a basic understanding of the chakra system? Why don't you deep dive and immerse yourself in a unique, individual experience of  singing bowl sound bath and chakra balancing self-healing session on 10th & 11th Dec 2022 facilitated by Joshika Akhil?

This workshop is an intermediate level course that focuses on guiding you through practical tools using sound and guided meditation to give you a deeper understanding of your chakras and teach you self-healing techniques to compliment your self care practice. You will learn three key practical tools to awaken, center and balance each chakra, raising your consciousness to the size and location of each energy center (Chakra). We will run a Chakra balancing sound healing meditation session to end the class to help you integrate what you have learnt in a practical way. You will experience and feel each chakra this day.

Spaces are strictly limited to 12 places to ensure you have an intimate and personal experience during the self and instructor assessment.
