I am very excited to launch a collaboration with Joshika Akhil from Jayur to lead a deep dive into self-healing through chakra energy balancing, meditation and Himalayan singing bowl sound bath. Joshika Akhil visits Sydney for the special workshop form Adelaide.

This workshop is a deep dive course that focuses on guiding you through practical tools using sound and guided meditation to give you a deeper understanding of your chakras and teach you self-healing techniques to compliment your self care practice. 

 

Spaces are strictly limited to 12 places to ensure you have an intimate and personal experience during the self and instructor assessment.

 

The focus for this informative workshop will be to give you practical tools to use for self healing through Chakra energising, cleansing and balancing. We will introduce concepts and theory behind the Chakra system and then start a practical session introducing visualisation, Singing bowls, mudras and chanting to help you experience the art of self healing using your energy systems.

The Course:

 

The course will begin with a short talk bringing your awareness to each chakra and it's physical and spiritual role. You will learn three key practical tools to awaken, center and balance each chakra, raising your consciousness to the size and location of each energy center (Chakra). We will run a Chakra balancing sound healing meditation session to end the class to help you integrate what you have learnt in a practical way. You will experience and feel each chakra this day. We will spend some time discussing your current state, balancing your chakras and how to stay in balance when you leave the room.

$150 includes tea and refreshments and 2 sound healing workshops.

 

What to bring:

  • Bottle of Water

  • small Cushion & Blanket for your Comfort

  • If desired your yoga mat (mats are provided)

  • Loose, comfortable clothing

Your Facilitators:

 

Joshika Akhil, a business expert with over 15 years' experience working the High-Tech manufacturing industry, holding executive and leadership roles since 2006. 

​

In 2016, after experiencing the benefits of meditation she founded Jayur as a platform to share practical tools for mindset management, self healing and self development. She travelled around the world to learn various healing modalities and is constantly adding to her learnings as Jayur grows and her outreach widens. 

Joshika has trained under masters of sound healing and renowned yogis in India and Nepal. She is an intuitive healer that has been working with her healing abilities since childhood, with many years of experience as a yoga and meditation instructor, energy healer, Ayurvedic consultant, mindset coach and corporate mentor. Her gifts have taken her all over the world to teach, run retreats and workshops for the public and corporate organisations.

She focuses on self-healing techniques through understanding and harnessing your energy systems and the mind. 

​

Her goals are to provide tools and guidance for each individual personal and spiritual development. Joshika integrates all her training this into her sessions, allowing a unique and personalized experience.
