My training in Brainspotting®, which is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms. Not only that, it harnesses the brain's natural ability for self-scanning and helps you to reach new heights in your sports, performance or creativity.

My ongoing training in SMGI® which includes the most helpful aspects of parts work, inner child work, and guided imagery. It's rooted in ancient wisdom and indigenous healing arts; along with research and evidence-based healing methods that improve your health, wealth and happiness.

My training in Clinical Hypnosis and Strategic Psychotherapy from Institute of Applied Psychology.

My training in breathwork modalities such as Conscious Breathing, Sudharshan Kriya and Swami Rama’s breathwork and meditation techniques and yoga.

Seamless integration of Eastern philosophy with Western science underpinned by 30 years of experience in scientific and analytical field.

My methods are a unique integration of various mind-body-brain-based therapies, allowing you to access your own truth, wisdom, and the experiences necessary for the changes you desire.

I support you in your journey within, helping you connect to inner strengths, clear away inner obstacles, and reintegrate disconnected parts of yourself.

I create a space for you to get in touch with your longings and energizing desires, so your inner genius guides you toward the direction of your dreams.

     

What does it involve?

The first session is 90 minutes to 2 hours, and consecutive sessions will be one hour each, either in person or via Zoom or other video conferencing methods that suits you.

     

How long does it take?

The number of sessions varies depending on the individual and the layers that need to be strengthened and cleared for love, safety, and freedom to blossom.

​

I recommend sets of 3 sessions at a time, on a weekly or fortnightly basis. The first session clarifies your intention and spots and processes the block. The second session is to ensure there is no residue and the integration process is complete. The 3rd session closes the loop, invites a resource to present itself and completes this set of work. It prepares you for what's next, whether on your own or with continued facilitation, if additional blocks appeared in the second session.

  • Labelling individuals as a "dysfunctional" mess in need of repair.

  • The notion that what works for one will work for everyone if they follow steps correctly.
